- Building Block (Fit = Focus)
- CP: Cutomer Profile -> Persona + User Segmentation
- J: Jobs. 任務 (Functional, Social, Emotional), 待解的問題
- P: Pains. 痛點, 障礙, 挫折, 風險
- G: Gains. 收穫, 效益, 愉悅, 願望
- VM: Value Map
- PS: Product and services. 產品服務, 解決問題的手段
